MPS Soft personal data privacy policy

Article 1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Russian Federal Law "On Personal Data" - Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data," dated July 27, 2006.
1.2. Website – The website owned by MPS Soft LLC, located on the Internet at the addresses: https://iek-digital.ru/https://www.masterscada.ru/https://masteropc.ru/https://masterbms.ru/https://mastersapr.ru/.
1.3. Website Owner – MPS Soft LLC (Limited Liability Company), PSRN (OGRN) 1127746460434, TIN (INN) 7733805552, address: 125124, Moscow, 3-ya Yamskogo Polya St., Building 2, Corp. 3, Floor/Premises/Room 2/II/1.
1.4. User – An individual who accesses the Website via the Internet.
1.5. Personal Data – Any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (data subject).
1.6. Contact Form – A form located on the Website that the User fills in with their personal information to receive information from the Website Owner.
1.7. Registration Form – A form located on the Website that the User fills in with their Personal Data, as well as a login and password, to register on the Website.
1.8. Processing of Personal Data – Any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with Personal Data, with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
1.9. Dissemination of Personal Data – Actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to an indefinite number of persons.
1.10. Provision of Personal Data – Actions aimed at disclosing Personal Data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
1.11. Blocking of Personal Data – The temporary cessation of Processing of Personal Data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify the Personal Data).
1.12. Destruction of Personal Data – Actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of the Personal Data in the Personal Data information system and/or which result in the destruction of the tangible media containing the Personal Data.
1.13. Depersonalization of Personal Data – Actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine the ownership of Personal Data to a specific User.
1.14. Confidentiality of Personal Data – A mandatory requirement for the Website Owner or any other person who has gained access to Personal Data to prevent their dissemination without the data subject's consent or without another legal basis.

Article 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Owner regarding the Processing of Users' Personal Data, non-disclosure, and ensuring the confidentiality of Users' Personal Data.
2.2. Use of the Website constitutes the User's consent to this Policy and the conditions for Processing their Personal Data specified herein. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the Website.
2.3. When Processing Personal Data, the Website Owner adheres to the principles, rules, and other requirements stipulated by the Russian Federal Law "On Personal Data."
2.4. The Personal Data Processed under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the Registration Form or Contact Form on the Website.
2.5. The Personal Data authorized for Processing under this Privacy Policy, provided by the User, may include:

2.5.2. Gender;
2.5.3. Contact phone number;
2.5.4. Email address;
2.5.5. Residential address;
2.5.6. Place of work and job title;
2.5.7. Field of activity;
2.5.8. Date of birth.
2.6. The Website collects statistics on Users' IP addresses. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues.
2.7. The databases containing Users' Personal Data are located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
2.8. This Policy applies only to information Processed during the use of the Website. The Website Owner does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may visit via links available on the Website.

Article 3. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

3.1. The Processing of Personal Data by the Website Owner is based on the following principles:
3.1.1. Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
3.1.2. Processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.
3.1.3. The merging of databases containing Personal Data Processed for incompatible purposes is not permitted.
3.1.4. Only Personal Data that meets the purposes of their processing are subject to Processing.
3.1.5. The content and volume of the Processed Personal Data correspond to the stated processing purposes.
3.1.6. The Website Owner takes necessary measures to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.

Article 4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The Website Owner collects and stores only those Personal Data that are necessary for providing information and services to Users or for performing agreements and contracts with Users.
4.2. The Website Owner Processes Users' Personal Data for the following purposes:
4.2.1. Providing customer support;
4.2.2. Informing the User about products and services;
4.2.3. Providing responses to User inquiries submitted via the Contact Form;
4.2.4. Providing the User with access to personalized Website resources by creating an account;
4.2.5. Communicating with the User, processing requests and applications;

4.2.7. Conducting promotional activities;
4.2.8. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
4.2.9. Improving the quality and usability of the Website, developing new services;

Article 5. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL DATA

5.1. Processing of User Personal Data is carried out for an unlimited period by any lawful means.
5.2. The Website Owner stores Personal Data no longer than required by the processing purposes, unless a storage period is established by federal law or an agreement.
5.3. The Website Owner has the right to entrust the Processing of Personal Data to another person with the data subject's consent, based on a contract.
5.4. Processed Personal Data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation on lawful grounds.
5.5. In the event of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Website Owner will take all reasonable measures to mitigate potential losses and other negative consequences.

Article 6. INFORMATION ON IMPLEMENTED PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

6.1. The Website Owner has appointed a responsible person for organizing the Processing of Personal Data.
6.2. The Website Owner implements a set of security measures to protect Personal Data, including: appointing a responsible person; establishing access rules; conducting risk and threat assessments; applying organizational and technical security measures; detecting and responding to unauthorized access incidents; and conducting internal audits for compliance.

Article 7. USER'S RIGHT TO ACCESS THEIR PERSONAL DATA

7.1. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.
7.2. This right may be restricted by federal law.
7.3. The User has the right to demand that the Website Owner clarify, block, or destroy their Personal Data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing.
7.4. The specified information is provided to the User upon request. The request must contain the required identification details and can be sent as an electronic document signed with an electronic signature per Russian law.

Article 8. COOKIES

8.1. Cookies may be used to provide personalized services, for statistics and research, and to improve the Website.
8.2. The User understands that they can configure their browser to block or delete cookies.
8.3. The Website Owner may condition certain Website functions on the User allowing cookies.
8.4. The structure and parameters of cookies are determined by the Website Owner and may change without prior notice.
8.5. Counters on the Website may be used to analyze cookies and collect statistical information.

Article 9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Website Owner reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website.
