The MasterBMS-based system is designed for general ventilation dispatching. The solution provides centralized control and monitoring, enables prompt management of engineering systems, and ensures their reliable operation.

The upgrade consisted of replacing outdated software, the operational functionality of which could not be restored.

Решение

A MasterBMS-based solution was selected to upgrade the upper-level general ventilation dispatching system.

The project implementation encompassed the following key activities:

  • Performing a thorough on-site assessment;

  • Resolving communication issues with individual controllers;

  • Deploying software on a network Linux server;

The decision was driven by the capability to deliver a complete turnkey solution along with the rapid system implementation timeline.

The general ventilation supervisory control system displays current temperature values of the ventilation system. In case of deviations from the norm, it sends alerts, drawing the operator's attention to potential malfunctions. This approach ensures timely response and prevents possible failures in the operation of ventilation equipment.

The mimic diagram provides a clear visual representation of the operation of the supply and exhaust ventilation unit (PV1).

he system provides control for 11 general ventilation units of various types, based on Segnetics Pixel controllers. This enables rapid response to process changes and ensures optimal operating conditions are maintained.

The implementation of the MasterBMS system has achieved significant technical and commercial advantages.
