The system implemented on the MasterBMS platform is used for efficient management of various subsystems such as ventilation, heating, power supply, water supply, lighting, and others, providing a high level of control and optimization of their operation.

Modernization of the existing automation and dispatching (A&D) complex. Replacement of Siemens software and equipment was necessary due to their inability to adapt and expand functionality. Additionally, it was required to improve the system's operational characteristics and enhance its reliability.

As part of the automation and dispatching system modernization, the MasterBMS platform was selected, providing flexibility, scalability, and convenient integration with building engineering systems. The implementation included a comprehensive upgrade of hardware and software, which allowed covering all key engineering systems of the facility.
The system configuration includes 8 subsystems and 46 installations:

The implementation process of MasterBMS was carried out in stages, with special attention paid to maintaining a familiar interface for operators, as per the requirements of operational personnel. This approach facilitated quick and comfortable mastering of the functionality.
One of the key objectives was to create a sophisticated reporting system that allows real-time monitoring of engineering systems' status. Data analysis tools provided high-precision monitoring, while the application of machine learning (ML) algorithms enabled prediction of potential failures and optimization of ventilation and heat exchanger operations. Additionally, the availability of custom substrates (custom option) ensured compliance with the requirement to maintain a familiar interface.

The implementation of the MasterBMS system has achieved significant technical and commercial advantages.
Technical advantages:- Elimination of sudden failures that previously led to costly repairs;
- Provision of local climate control capability for laboratories without contacting the dispatcher;
- Reduction of daily patrol time due to inclusion of more instrumental monitoring points in the system;
- Decreased failure rate of heat exchangers and reduced routine maintenance – transition to condition-based maintenance.
